A comprehensive 4-part set of resources to motivate your students, and help them fully understand the components of fitness for their AQA GCSE PE.

With activities this lesson will last for 1 hour or more. Introduces students to the concept of fitness and its definition. Then addresses the division of skill-related and health-related fitness, whilst showing students techniques to remember all of the components using mnemonics, PCRABS and BEEF. Their are also a number of fun activities for the students to develop their understanding of evaluating the importance of each component of fitness for different sports performers.
