These are my AQA GCSE Psychology Paper 1 Perception Study Cards, with 55 study cards covering the full specification for the Perception topic, including the key theories, studies and evaluation you need to know.

I made and used these cards during my own GCSE revision to make active recall and self-testing much easier. Many of the key points and phrases are based on past-paper questions and mark schemes, so they’re focused on exam-relevant content.

The cards cover sensation and perception, monocular and binocular depth cues, visual illusions, Gibson’s Direct Theory of Perception, Gregory’s Constructivist Theory of Perception, perceptual set and factors affecting perception. They also cover the required Gilchrist and Nesberg and Bruner and Minturn studies.

You’ll receive two versions:

  • Printable – 4 cards per A4 page, ready to print and cut out.
  • Digital – 1 card per A4 page, ideal for revising on a phone, tablet or laptop.

Perfect for active recall, quick revision sessions, revising on the go, mocks and final Paper 1 exam preparation.

Complete Perception revision notes are also available separately in my shop.
