At least 18 lessons - each lesson has enough resources for at least 2 lessons. AQA English Literature Power and Conflict Anthology Unit on all 15 poems from the anthology. 3 additional lessons , 1 introducing pupils to the exam structure and themes of the anthology, and two on comparing Remains/War Photographer and My Last Duchess/Ozymandias. * A range of activities in every lesson * Lessons numbered in order and recap activities following on from each prior lesson * An annotated version of each poem in each powerpoint with analytical questions for pupils to answer when annotating * Answers for the annotation questions on the powerpoint on an annotated version of the poem to show pupils so that they can check their answers * Each poetry lesson has an essay style question activity to help pupils consolidate their learning, * A model paragraph for the essay style question provided in each paragraph * Key structural and context information covered * Worksheets on key vocabulary, context, etc. * A few lessons also have creative tasks * 2 Model comparison essays * Both lessons on comparing the poems and writing an exam style response can be easily adapted to become assessments. * 15 Power and Conflict Multiple Choice Quizzes, one for each poem.
