Students to imagine they are competing on a reality TV show called “The Last Survivor” in which they would have to survive on an island for 28 days. Resources Include: 1 creative writing assessment. Students to learn how to use complex sentences, subordinate clauses, persuasive language, emotive language, metaphors, adverbs, imperatives, and sophisticated and imaginative vocabulary. Students to learn how to write to explain, describe and inform. Students to write a letter, diary entries, a speech, an instruction guide, pitch a show and write a description.
