This curriculum is designed to develop some of the key movement skills of the athletics events in order to support our GCSE students to improve their performance.

Included are 8 interactive lesson plans related to track and field athletics, along with technical assessment cards and performance standards for teachers to easily assess student performance.

LONG JUMP: Speed on the Runway

Each lesson comes with an accompanying QR Code which you can scan to view the lesson, with technical guidance and demonstrations from international athlete and youth development coach, Martin Brockman.
