Unit of work for KS3 athletics.
Lessons included:
- Throwing events (discus, shot, javelin)
- Sprinting
- Long jump
- High jump
- Relay
All lessons include differentiated activities for more / less able, learning outcomes, teaching points and some have images which can be printed & laminated to use as flash cards.
I have found these really useful to use with a range of high & low ability groups.
