A 3-4 lesson scheme of work based on the art of Beatriz Milhazes.
Starting with a brief artist research page and then moving on to using Canva to create an image that resembles the work of Milhazes. The PowerPoint is divided into 3 lessons but this can be stretched if necessary to 4 lessons. The slides have step by step instructions for Canva from starting a new document to utilising different features and functions within Canva.
I have taught this project to year 9 but it would also work for year 8, and maybe year 7 as well.
