A 40-slide powerpoint to summarise types of bonding with plenty of diagrams and images (copyright-free). Hopefully it helps avoid misconceptions such as giant covalent structures having a different type of bonding as in molecules. The following are covered:

Ionic bonding, including solubility
Simple covalent bonding
Giant covalent structures, including the allotropes of carbon: diamond, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes and fullerenes
Metallic bonding, including malleability, ductility, melting point and alloying (which includes a bit on annealing and quenching).

It was designed for use with the IB, but can be used with any course.
