Britain Constitutional Developments and Political Economy

To study politics in a comparative manner, we pick up various political units and look at
some specific aspects of their political organization. This unit is a part of a comparative
framework of four countries, namely, Britain, Brazil, Nigeria and China. Britain is an early
developer of liberal democracy with a very long history of constitutional development. In
this unit we discuss various political aspects of Britain’s constitutional development and
its political economy
