Buggy Math and Literacy Fun!

This set includes 6 activities for early math and literacy skills, with a buggy theme!

Activities include:

-Letter Match: Bug cards (in color and printer-friendly b&w) with all upper- and lowercase letters. Also includes "I CAN" center sheet, 6 letter match worksheets, and "bug container" sorting sheets. {K.RF.1.D}
-Buggy Sentences: 8 predictable sentences to help with sentence structure, basic sight word recognition, and color words. Can be used as a whole-class activity or in a pocket chart during centers. Includes "I CAN" center sheet, 8 cut & build sentence worksheets, and printable colored bugs to match to sentences. {RF.K.1, RF.K.1.A, RF.K.1.C, RF.K.3.C}
-Letter Mats: Half page alphabet mats that can be used with pay doh, pipe cleaners, wikki stix, etc. to practice correct letter formation. Includes "I CAN" center sheet and 2 letter tracing practice pages. {L.K.1.A, RF.K.1.D}
-Bug Jars: Jars numbered 1-20 to practice number order and 1-to-1 correspondence. Also includes "I CAN" center sheet, printable bug manipulatives, and 5 "draw the number" worksheets. {K.CC.A.3, K.CC.B.4.A, K.CC.B.4.B}
-5 & 10 Frames: 5 frames (1-5) and 10 frames (0-10) to practice counting, 1-to-1 correspondence, number recognition, and much more! These can be laminated and used over and over again! - Spin a Number: Two different spinners (numbers 0-3 and numbers 0-5) to practice number recognition. Includes color and b & w versions of spinners, "I CAN" center sheet, and 4 recording sheets to practice graphing skills. These can be laminated and used over and over! {K.MD.B.3}
