Pretty self explanatory I think. When we got to the table students had 'Yes' and 'No' cards and were asked to hold up the relevant one depending on whether they thought the response to adverse variance was a good one or not. A good way of managing the class discussion I thought, and the Yes and No cards can be used to manage any discussion (later used when discussing methods of improving cash flow)
