Calories Work Out Sheets

A selection of sheets to help teach about calorie control and how not to over eat in relation to exercise. Some sheets are exercises telling you how many calories you can burn, others are different foods saying how many you consume if you eat them. You can then use them together to work out how much exercise you need to do to burn of certain foods.
