Christmas Tree (Straight Line Equations)

Using straight line equations within intervals students can create a Christmas Tree. This is suited for higher ability students that have covered plotting straight lines if completed on paper. Resource can also be used on DESMOS
The first slide gives the instructions in order which allows students to see the tree quicker. My students said it would be better if the instructions were jumbled up so that option is on the second slide.
The instructions also include quadratic and cubic equations which are optional to “decorate” the tree.
