Over the years I have had to test out a range of behaviour management strategies to find what works. As a secondary English teacher in the UK, currently working on supply, I have found that this is the best strategy that works for me.
Use this presentation to make clear what boundaries are and the expectations you have for behaviour in your classrooms. This method uses positive reinforcement and aligns with most UK behaviour policies for secondary schools.
