The class contract is a legal style document to share with children setting out what you expect from them - and what they can expect from you!
Useful in conjunction with PSHE work on rules or simply as part of transition work when receiving a new class! Complete with 'legalese' style language and explanatory footnotes! Your pupils will believe this is a real contract and act accordingly! (Well sometimes anyway!)
