The Comparison Trap is a KS3/KS4 wellbeing assembly about what happens when someone else’s result changes how you feel about your own. Drawing on real psychology and everyday moments from school and social media, it looks at why we compare ourselves with others and gives students three simple questions to use when that feeling creeps in.
