I use this during practical lessons to help manage the class. As you all know practical lessons can be slightly hectic. I have 5 kitchen areas where the pupils work in pairs. I use this visual guide to help the pupil tidy up after cooking. The pupils gain 1 point for following each of the visual cleaning steps.
I use a spreadsheet for each class to calculate how many point each team achieved at the end of the lesson.
The team with the most accumulated points at the end of the term, decides on a dish the class can cook.
