This lesson was used for my observation this week for which I had fantastic feedback and the students were really engaged (it was KS3 SEN who are at Y1 level so would be suitable for either).
The flipchart included is an Active Inspire file and has counting in 5s starter and examples of how to add the totals of money. The students then went on to complete the questions in the word file (this is included and questions are differentiated). It was then back to the flipchart for money bingo which has addition to 20 questions. This can be adapted to suit the needs of your class
