The assignment is built around ReelLife Cinema, a fictional independent eight-screen cinema aiming to improve its customer experience and attract more 16–25-year-olds.

The evidence pack includes customer data, personas, feedback, complaints, strong and weak communications, website issues, service standards, media activity, communication policies, phishing and copyright scenarios, budget data and management priorities.

Each task identifies what students must produce, which evidence to use, minimum expectations and opportunities for individual decision-making.

Teachers can teach a criterion, model the required skill and then move directly into a supervised coursework window.
