Work task boxes for SEND post-16: ten hands on jobs from shops, cafés, hotels and warehouses, each with Level A, B and C cards and a data sheet. When a young person goes out on a placement, the work is rarely hard to explain. It is hard to rehearse. The data sheet is the bit that saves you at review time: record the level and the prompts, and you have dated evidence for EHCP Preparing for Adulthood outcomes, RARPA records or a supported internship referral.
