Using the resource
Each worksheet provides approximately 45–50 minutes of activities for individual supervised detention. Staff can adapt the editable reflection-sheet files and adjust support for pupils’ needs. Before using detention, check for unmet learning, attention, communication or SEND needs. The illustration is not evidence that a pupil’s difficulties arise from lack of effort.
This unit is part of the Chalkface series Reflection tasks that improve behaviour in detention. For a complete, free, teachable sample, search for Detention for Smoking: behaviour reflection activities KS3-KS4 RTBDN in TES Resources.
