This lesson is an exploration of the arguments for and against the existence of Jesus.

The lesson asks students to independently reflect on their own viewpoint in relation to the existence of Jesus before moving towards a group debate task and finally concluding with a whole class debate.

The lesson is suitable for all key stage three years and can also be easily adapted to key stage four use.

This lesson was used for an observation and includes a detailed lesson plan along with all necessary resources.
