Dinosaurs - A Key Stage 1 Dance Unit

Have fun with all the dinosaur loving children in your class with The Dance Stage!

Exploring a range of actions and different speeds, responding to the features of different dinosaurs.

Pupils will be taught a dinosaur dance and develop their own short movement sequences based on the theme. These sequences will be improved by the use of basic choreographic devices.

Linking with the NC program of Study for Science, Year 1 pupils will take the topic of carnivores, herbivores and omnivores and create a dance based on Dinosaurs.
