This is a mental health resource designed to help distract people. It can be printed out and put in to a ring binder or stuck into a book which can be carried around.
I use it in a class room setting where pupils become overwhelmed and need a distraction task from anxious thoughts and the need to self-harm.

It contains different activities which are all based on psychological research and mental health coping techniques.
Each page has a different theme and different distraction methods. There are also check in pages where people can check in with themselves.

This distraction diary will allow for children to remain in the classroom for ‘time outs’ and give them the opportunity to distract themselves and take control of their own mental health.

There are more mental health resources on my shop too including free resources and free information on self-harm.
