This resource encourages children to investigate divisibility rules by trying out ideas, testing numbers and discovering rules. During the lesson, children are encouraged to work together and share ideas as well as explain their reasoning and find examples which satisfy the rule. This resource serves to deepen children's understanding of how numbers work and therefore moves them a step closer to mastery in number.
