Here is a series of ‘Do Now’ tasks for KS4 pupils to complete as soon as they come in to the lesson while the register is taken etc

There is a sheet with the tasks on that can be printed out at the start of term and stuck in pupils books so they are ready for every lesson in a half term
There is also a PowerPoint that is fully editable, to display each taskt pupils in to a routine-starting each lesson as smoothly as possible!, for pupils to see as they enter. This can be added to throughout the year
They are not subject specific-most of them have a literacy or numeracy focus.
