Page 2-4: Optional Gridded Template and Image Reference

This gridded image and template offers a simplified approach to observational drawing for students if desired, lines can be ruled on each template. The reference is ‘broken down’ into individual squares so students can focus on one at a time, instead of needing to take in the whole image. Students work through the Step-by-Step Guide (Page One), executing their drawing in the gridded template while referring to the gridded image reference provided.

Each page has a space for some research questions once they have completed the drawing.
