This updated booklet includes the latest guidance following last year’s moderation feedback. Additionally, it incorporates insights and advice from the OCR EAPI online seminar I completed in January 2025.
This improved resource provides greater clarity on what moderators are looking for in the development plan—more than ever before. It also offers options and templates for structuring a 2-3 month plan effectively.
I have removed any elements no longer required by OCR, such as the need to perform a test as part of the development plan or to include adaptations for practices found too easy or difficult.
I provide this booklet to all my Year 13 students as they plan their EAPI. While it is beneficial for all students, it is particularly useful for highly academic learners who prefer to plan ahead or gain a broader understanding when first introduced to the unit.
