Easter Activity - I Feel Happy

This Easter resource is a GREAT exercise to teach children about how they feel, identify what makes them happy and how they can be creators of their own happiness.

Sometimes children are unhappy because they do not have clear what makes them happy or what it means for them. Most of the times our students recognize easily what makes them angry, sad, but they forget that happiness is another emotion that needs to be worked.

This resource challenges children to identify all the external factor that make them feel happy and all they can do for others or for themselves, to create this emotion.

Easter is a FANTASTIC opportunity to celebrate new beginnings, new knowledge and also to reflect on all the things make us live in harmony. This is also PERFECT to celebrate Happiness Day!

This resource includes:

  • Two “I Feel Happy When…“ worksheets in black and white, one for writing and another for drawing.
  • One “My Happy List” worksheet in black and white.
  • I Feel Happy Bracelets (one page) in black and white

Happy Easter and Happiness Day!
