Includes theory, some exercises and hyperlinks to navigate to various points. These slides don't make a lesson by themselves although in some instances have been used to take the entire lesson, the teacher will still need to produce and have worksheets to hand to practise.
A-level teaching requires significant more input from the teacher, the teacher's knowledge of reagents and conditions needs to be good to identify some exercise answers which includes from Topic 6.
The PowerPoint includes mechanisms of reactions including the triiodoform reaction. This goes beyond the specification - to explain what is occurring.

Answers would be useful and I agree still a lot of planning required after spending the £4. Its more like a revision tool
I like the contents page at the beginning which breaks down the entire topic. Lots of slides which is great but not always answers supplied with questions. Slides are inconsistent - looks like some slides I have seen in other TES resources for AS Chemistry. Very information heavy and not like a lesson at all. Unsure if slide 38 matches exactly the part of the specification it references. To me it is something I would expect as a free resource, not as a paid resource, as it hasn't really saved me much planning time.
