An 8 page workbook to support the teaching of fitness testing for different components of fitness.

The workbook includes:
- Title page
- A page for all of the different fitness tests carried out as part of the specification (12 minute cooper run, Harvard step test, Grip dynamometer, One minute sit-up, one minute press-up, Sit and reach, 30m sprint [in this order in the workbook])
- Space to record the equipment needed for the test
- Space to record how the test is carried out
- Entry of results and comparison to normative data
- Normative data for male and females showing excellent, above average, average, below average and poor scores
- A table to indicate advantages and disadvantages of the different fitness tests
