If you work with SEN children, you’ll be familiar with the child’s views section on their EHCP. My class have recently had their EHCP reviews and I found this super useful.
It breaks down the questions for the children and it can be filled in as part of a casual conversation which I love, whilst showcasing how fantastic they all are!
Some of my children, wrote their answers out themselves which was lovely to read back :)
