use inverted commas to punctuate direct speech
use apostrophes for omission and possession
distinguish between “its” and “it’s” and use both correctly

proofread and correct punctuation errors in writing
The editable PowerPoint lesson explains when and how to use full stops, question marks, exclamation marks, commas, inverted commas, colons and apostrophes for possession and contraction.
