Factorization and Rational Expressions Bundle

A collection of three worksheets on factorization and rational expressions.

The first worksheet is on factoring algebraic expressions of the following types:

• expressions in which the terms have a common factor
• expressions in which the terms can be grouped
• differences of two squares
• perfect squares
• trinomials with leading coefficient 1
  The second worksheet is on simplifying, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing rational expressions. Some exercises require to factorize expressions by taking out the common factor or quadratic expressions like differences of two squares, trinomials (with leading coefficient 1) and perfect squares.

The third worksheet on solving equations involving rational expressions (algebraic fractions).
