Famiglia (Family in Italian) Wordsearch for Differentiated Instruction

Word search puzzle uses 23 common vocabulary words for the family: i genitori, i nonni, i parenti, il bambino, il cugino, il figlio, il fratello, il marito, il nipote, il nonno, il padre, il ragazzo, lo zio, la bambina, la cugina, la figlia, la madre, la moglie, la nipote, la nonna, la ragazza, la sorella, la zia. All words include the definite article. 5 versions are included for each of 3 different formats - perfect for any level class and for differentiated lessons (a total of 15 worksheets using 5 different puzzles). Format 1 does not have the word list included on student papers in order to make it more challenging, but the list is included for teacher reference. Format 2 has the word search with the vocabulary list in English; students need to translate the words and then find them in the puzzle. Format 3 has the word search with the list in Italian; students should translate the words into English and then find the Italian words in the puzzle.
