Fourth Grade was Fantastic! End-of-Year Packet

This is an end-of-year packet for fourth graders. It has a cover "Fourth Grade was Fantastic" and Melonheadz Superhero clip art on each page. There are 39 pages in total. You can look through and decide which pages you want to have your students use. There is an "About Me" page. There are 3 pages to fill out for each subject (Math, Reading, Science, Writing, Social Studies). You don't have to use all 3 pages for each subject but they are there if you want them. There are also pages for each Special Area (PE, Art, Music, Media, Library, Guidance, Computer Lab) and also for school events (Class Play, Class Program, School Carnival, School Festival, Field Trip, Class Parties, and Other Activities).
