Fractions Whole Class Game All Operations + simplifying: Logos + Catch Phrases

This is a catch phrase style whole class game where students answer maths questions to reveal a hidden image and try to guess what it is.

This edition covers Fractions: All Operations.
There are two powerpoints, containing one game each with images are of Logos and Catch Phrases.

In each powerpoint there are a total of 21 slides, with 3 slides on each of the following topics:
Equivalent Fractions, Simplifying Fractions, Fractions Multiplication, Fractions Division, Fractions Addition, Fractions Subtraction, and the final 3 slides has a combination of all topics.
Each slide has a new face, sourced from creative commons sources.

Gameplay:
Students are in teams, and take turns to answer a question, the teacher (as the game host), reveals part of a hidden image if they get their question correct. Students are given points for correct maths answers and for guessing the image.

This resource is a lot of fun, and middle school students love playing it.

Consider choosing a category that will suit the ability and needs of your class (eg. catch phrases are better older students)
