Ready to have fun for spooky Halloween?

We know that our students learn best when they have fun and work collaboratively. So, if you are planning to teach Halloween in French I clearly recommend a fun yet efficient approach that will hook them… Playing cards combines all these features.

The other good thing about this resource is that you will be able to use it over and over again if you laminate the cards.

So here are the objectives of the playing card games:

Learning-reinforcing vocabulary about Halloween
Here’s what you get:

  • 30 playing cards differentiated in levels (green for easy, orange for medium and red for more challenging)

  • 7 ideas of games: Every game is explained step-by-step so that you can vary the learning in your class easily

  • The content page so that you can quickly choose which words you want to use with your class.

  • 1 DIY box for the game: You just need to print it off and follow the lines!

All you will need is a good pair of scissors, and ideally a laminator and cardboard for the box.

Have fun! Don’t forget my other card games!
