This is a GCSE maths lesson on circles. It includes a work pack and a basic power-point to explain the topics before working through the work pack. You should be able to simply print the work pack in one and off you go. Really minimal planning time needed but still a thorough lesson.
Home work and plenary included and all answers are on the power point. All documents are easily editable so you can easily adapt for your lessons.
The objectives covered are:
Be able to:
Name the parts of a circle.
Calculate the radius when given the diameter and vice versa.
Calculate the area and circumference of a circle.
Rearrange formula to calculate the circumference, diameter and radius when given the area.
Please see lots of other workbooks for GCSE and functional skills in my shop lets get functional. All whole lessons are £3 or less. With many 5 star reviews.
