GCSE Spanish 9-1 simple grade descriptors with examples

A simple, one-page document that summarises the linguistic features needed to achieve each grade 1- to 5+ for GCSE Spanish. This is my interpretation of my school’s descriptors, and you may have a slightly different opinion. This format has really helped to plan step-by-step lessons that build on previous knowledge, as well as making assessment of speaking and writing MUCH easier. Students have really liked knowing exactly what to put in their answers. It also shows that they don’t need to write reams and reams to hit the criteria at Foundation. This can be used from Year 7 onwards.
