General knowledge mini quiz - PowerPoint and answer booklet - form time

I put together a mini (5 questions) general knowledge quiz for Post 16 students to quickly do at the start of a form time. Resource includes a PowerPoint with the questions (answers in notes at the bottom) and also a booklet that can be printed in A5 to keep a log of answers and scores each week. There should be enough to be able to do 1 mini quiz a week for the school year. Labeled up with terms and weeks.

I used this with Post 16 but could be generally used with ager year groups. I have taken off all logos etc so can be personalised to your school.
