  1. Goals are the targets that we set for ourselves.
  2. Goals are the aims to achieve; for which one channelize all the energies in a focussed manner.
  3. Goals may be short term or long term.
    INTENT
    (The objective of the facilitation process is to help each participant explore the topic for himself, individually and independently. Following are some of the objectives of the session.)
  4. To understand what are goals
  5. To analyse whether goals are necessary
  6. To explore what happens when someone is having goals vis-a-vis not having goals
  7. To explore whether one’s goals impact others
  8. To explore whether one’s goals need to factor-in people, nature, environment or situations
  9. To analyse whether goals remain the same or it changes with time.
