The Beyond Printables Grade 7 Mastery Retrieval Programme is designed for Higher-tier students who are broadly secure at Grade 6 and need to develop the interpretation, reasoning and connected problem-solving required for Grade 7. This 11–15 bundle covers representations, scale and connected measures, with a deliberate balance of focused teaching and mixed retrieval.

BUNDLE CONTENT • Week 11: Graphs & Vectors

• Week 12: Similarity & Scale
• Week 13: Compound Measures
• Week 14: Grouped Data
• Week 15: Representations Checkpoint

This middle bundle strengthens students’ ability to move between diagrams, graphs, vectors, scale relationships, compound measures and data. Rather than treating representations as separate topics, the questions require pupils to interpret what each representation means and use it to support a calculation or conclusion. Week 15 checks whether those connections remain available under mixed demand. WHAT IS INCLUDED • five Student booklets and five matching Teacher Guides, providing 50 substantial GCSE Higher questions • Editable Student and Teacher DOCX files as well as print-ready PDFs • Approximately 10 structured sessions when each week is divided across the intended two sittings • Generous ruled working space and continuation pages for complete mathematical chains • Calculator or non-calculator status, mark totals and strategic hints • Worked solutions with mark-by-mark requirements and AO1, AO2 and AO3 labels • Acceptable alternative approaches, likely misconceptions and diagnostic error codes • The Product Overview and Grade 7 Programme Guide inside every Student PDF WHY THIS PROGRAMME IS DIFFERENT Grade 7 is not achieved simply by making routine questions numerically harder. Pupils need to decide what mathematics is relevant, connect familiar ideas in unfamiliar settings and communicate a supported conclusion. The focused half of each week develops a coherent strand; the mixed half keeps number, algebra, ratio, geometry, probability and statistics active. This creates genuine progression without turning retrieval into random repetition. TEACHING, MARKING AND CORRECTION Each week works particularly well across two sessions: focused instruction and supported practice followed by mixed retrieval, independent completion and correction. It can also be used for homework, intervention, tutoring, revision or purposeful cover. The Teacher Guide gives a complete route through every question, making whole-class feedback and targeted reteaching straightforward. Students can mark by error type, identify the first incorrect step and then correct the complete chain. Missed questions can be reattempted with the solution closed. This turns feedback into retrieval instead of encouraging pupils to copy a worked answer without understanding it. WHO IT IS FOR Ideal for Year 10 or Year 11 Higher classes targeting Grade 7, strong Year 9 groups, small-group intervention, tutoring and ambitious independent study. Departments can use the sequence as a weekly spine or select booklets to reinforce particular phases while retaining cumulative retrieval.
