How to play Battleship in your Language Class

Gracias Senor Campanas! ;) I have tried this with boys only classes although I do use the warmongering terms: Porta-aviones, destructor, fragata, submarino, "no, lo siento" (missed), "impacto" (hit), "hasta la vista baby" (boat sink) True, not quite PC but they all love to see my ships' pictures sinking at the beginning. With M.A. classes I print three sheets so that they play a set of three games, the last of which they build upon the coordinates from the original by adding one more detail; this to include some sort of writing. In your case, X sentences plus Y sentences will be joined together in the new X BUT the new Y is a suitable extension they have to come up with (I.E. place, time, company. Voy a mandar un correo por la manana, vamos a cenar el proximo fin de semana, etc...)
