Set out in a geography mystery format, the children start off by being time travellers who have dropped into a period of time and have to work out where they are using a series of clue cards. It turns out they’ve landed in the middle of an enormous earthquake and have to produce a survival guide to help anyone who is in the same situation. Used for a high achieving Y5/6 class but can be adapted.
