Editable IEP/ILP template which has proved to be very effective in my school, so much so that our academy chain decided to alter it slightly and use across the 38 schools in the academy. I have included some notes in comments boxes to help with each step of completion. It has been the most effective IEP format that I have created and used in my 17 years as SENCO.
