These are resources for an hour-long staff meeting on strategies and activities to use in class in order to improve reading. The meeting is interactive, includes six activities and has received glowing feedback from staff. Activities include methods for teaching reading and activities which children can take part in, in order to improve their understanding of a text. Timings, video and all hand outs are included.

Sadly. the video wouldn't play and the context for the follow up slides is somewhat lost because of this. Mostly focused on reading aloud and being a story teller rather than improving reading overall.
