With beginning readers in mind, these initial sounds alphabet cards are perfect for young children learning their first words.
They are ready to print. All that is required is to laminate them for extra strength. Personally I use card stock for even more durability. The students just use plastic letters or whatever you have lying around and match the initial sound with the appropriate picture.
I also cut them into the 6 picture strips, but you could leave them on the A4 page giving each student 12 initial sounds to find, as opposed to 6.
They are perfect for individual, buddy or group activity.
