This lesson introduces students to the theory of utilitarianism according to Jeremy Bentham and Hedonic calculus.

The lesson encourages students to first think from their personal opinion before responding to moral situations as utilitarian.

Information and task sheets have been included.

The lesson was planned in accordance with OCR a level specification but could also be used with KS4 students but I assume it would need longer to cover with them (at least 2 hours).
