Italian Irregular Past Participle Worksheets

Italian IRREGULAR PAST PARTICIPLES worksheets. You can use it with your students for class practice or homework after introducing the irregular past participles. It contains 4 exercises.

In the first exercise, students have to fill in tables with the past participle or the infinitive of the verb. In the second and third ones, they have to fill in the blanks with the correct past participle.

In the fourth exercise, they can play 6 tic tac toe games.

In the first 3 games, the infinitive of the verb is given and students have to find the correct past participle (e.g. rompere --> rotto). In the next 3 games, the past participles are given and the students have to find the verb
(e.g. visto --> vedere). The classic rules of Tic Tac Toe apply.
If a student makes a mistake then they lose their turn.

• All participles must be written in the singular of the masculine gender.

The verbs included are: chiedere, ponere, rompere, bere, vedere, aprire, dire, scoprire, scrivere, morire.

Answer keys are also included.
